that bsaieoes has improved, orders being
freely rosieved from storekeepers for next
month's sooounls.
The flour market remains firm, and values
are well maintained. The 3.ew louth Wales
new flour Is now well en the mr.rket, and
gives general eatiefaetion, aod millors having
large quantities of old wheat hald over r.re
mining the two with bhat results.

to £11 10e; Menitoba, £13 to £13 Sa; New
Zealand, £Li to £tt ie.
In regard to theTasmanian grain crops the
North. Western Fermers' Aesocietion writes:
-" Wheat: In our ownoeleny, while reports
from the south and midlands are net favour
able, there 10 every lodleation of fair crop,
in the north, and a heavy yield on this coase.
Prices in Tasmnia will be dependent on the
final erop estimates, and until these are avail
able the value of ne w wheat is not likely to

While the early crops will probably yield
