NIGHTGUARD APPEAL
Racing men throughout Australia
will be keenly interested in the
appeals in the Nightguard case,
which will be heard by the com
mittee of the Australian Jockey
Club in Sydney tomorrow.
MIr. A. Miorrow (owner), W. Tin
dall (trainer), A. Brea-sley (jockey),
and the three-year-old Nightguard
were disqualified for 12 months in
connection with the running of the
colt in the Cabramatta Handicap
at Randwick on April 9.
