Yuletide Benefactor
"COME AGAIN, PLEASE"
Father Adefaite. Christmas visited
the Salvation Army Girls' Home at
Fullarton last night.
Again the little ones lived up. to
their title of "model children" which

Moulden last year.
The children, in conjunction with the
Parkside Salvation Army Band, gave a
delightful entertainment. Mr. Clifford
Howe, a clever ventriloquist, with his
talking doll, "Father Adelaide Christmas,

girls.

Weir (Public Service Commissioner, and
chairman of the committee), Mesdames
L. L. Hill and P. E. Stow, Dr. A. R.
Southlwood, Dr. R. L. Kenihan, and Mr.
T. H. Atkinson.
Matron B. Thomas and other Army offi
cers kept everything moving smoothly.
Father Adelaide Christmas was the ob
ject of all childish eyes, and Mr. J. D.
Davidson again filled to perfection the
part of this popular Yuletide benefactor.
When he took a reluctant farewell of
the girls and asked whether they wanted
him to come again next year, there was a
chorus of "Oh yes, please."
