animal power are hereby notified that all
current licences 'for such vehicles will expire
on the 30th day of September. 1935. The
owner and the driver of any unlicensed
vehicle which is drawn upon any road or
street in the Metropolitan Area are liable to
prosecution and a penalty of £20.
