mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written
being erroneous in the particulars therein set forth,
his Excellency the Governor-General will, in plirsu
ance of the provisions of the Titles to Land Act,
1858, at the expiration of three months from the
date hereof, by an instrument endorsed on such
Deed of Grant, under his hand and the Seal of the
Colony, describe the Land intended to be conveyed
by such Grant, to the intent that, by force of the
Act aforesaid, such description shall be taken to
have been inserted in the Grant, and such Grant
shall operate and be construed necordingly. -
