the Commonwealth of Australia
DUAL NATIONALITY
The Parliamentary Joint Committee on
Foreign Affairs and Defence—an all-party com
mittee of both Houses of the Australian Parliament
—is conducting an inquiry leading to a report to
Parliament on:
The International legal and diplomatic
aspects of the situation of
Australians possessing dual or
plural nationality.
Interested persons and organisations are
invited to make written submissions to this Com
mittee.
Notification of Intention to present sub
missions should reach the Secretary of the Com
mittee, Mr. A. H. Higgins, The Senate, Parliament
House, Canberra, A.C.T. 2600, before 22 June
1973, while written submissions should reach him
on or before 2 July 1973.
During the course of Its Inquiry the Com
mittee will hold hearings to receive evidence.
