SATURDAY'S CEREMONY
"Out of £375,000 allotted for hospitals during the
past 12 months I distributed £220,000 in country centres
because I want to see the big centres equipped to provide
the maximum of service so that people may be treated in
those centres instead of being rushed to Sydney."
