At the Rooms, Pitt-street, Sydney,
ON MONDAY, 1I1lr MAY,
At eleven o'clock,
TIIlE WHOLE of his VALUABLE COUNTRY

Varroville, Campbelltown.
A FIRST-CLASS NOTED AGRICULTURAL
ESTATE, on the Liverpool and Campbelltown
Road (about four miles from the latter town),
containing by grant,
ONE THOUSAND ACRES,
but considerably in excess of this area by actual
Omeasurement.
It is enclosed and subdivided into convenient
grazing and cultivation paddocks by substantial
fencing, all is good order.' About 150 acres have
been under the plough, and the greater proportion of
the estate is cleared land, well watered in all seasons
Iy the Banbury Current Creek, and numerous
artificial duams, which have never been known to fail.
It is scarcely necessary to make a single comment
respecting the nature of the soil, " Varroville " being
famous in the district for productiveness, and acknow
ledged by ail to be unsurpassed in richness by any
other estate in the colony, as a proof of which it may
be stated that the wholo of the paddocks were well
grassed during the late drought, and a large number
of stock kept in fine condition.
The improvements are extensive, and comprise a
comfortable cottage residence, situated on a beautiful
elevation, and approached by a noble carriage
drive from the main road. It contains eight apart
ments, besides hitchen and out-offices. 'There are
