PATTON AND THE BERNADOTTES.
General George S. Patton, of the U.S. Army, has suffered serious spinual injury in a rood collision in Germany. On November 30 he was in Sweden as guest of Count and Countess Folke Bernmodotte at their Stockholm home. He is seen here with his hosts and shaking hands with their son. Count Bemodotte, who is head of the Swedish Red Cross, was the intermediary for Himmier's peace offer in April, 1945, to Britain and U.S.A. Help
