An Act for continuing, until the first day of September, One thousand eight hundred and forty-five, an Act of the Governor and Council of New South Wales, made and passed in the fifth year of the Reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled, "An Act to facilitate proceedings by and against the proprietors of a "certain Joint Stock Company, lately carrying on business in Sydney, in the "Colony of New South Wales, under the name, style, or firm of the Australian "Auction Company, and for other purposes therein mentioned."
