WORKMEN'S HOMES SCHEME.
-The mayor of South Melbourne (Cr. X.
Craine) and Cr. J. L. Murphy, NT T. A
suggested to Mr. Oin.au, Minister of
Lands, on Wednesday that, to relieve the
congestion in the district, the Government-
