    MILITIA ARTILLERY IN CAMP. Krischock photos. The outstanding event of the year's training for Militia units is the period spent in camps of instruction. Of latter years the conditions of camp life have been greatly improved, and the young soldiers return from their annual field training greatly benefited both from a physical and military sense.
