The first of the South Australian inter-club yacht contests for the season was held on the Port Adelaide River on Saturday afternoon, when considerable interest was manifested in the events. Twelve boats, three representing each of the sailing clubs, were entered. They were:—Port Adelaide, St. George, Alarm, and Winninin me; Glenelg, Tringa, Waituna, and Wattle; Henley and Grange, Radiant, St. Kilda, and Stelma; and Brighton and Seacliff, Weeona, and Sunbeam.
