However on Sunday afternoon "The Golden Wasp," piloted by Frank Dryton, of Richmond, gave its occupants and the spectators a thrilling few moments. At a being of about 100ft. the engines stalled, and the plane nose-dived to earth at a terrifying speed, burying its nose into the ground.
