ROBERTS.-In sad and over loving re-
membrance of my dear father, who
passed away at Hobart on October 3,
1905, aged 60 years.
Two long sad years have, passed away,
And no more your face I'll see
But with a daughter's fondest love
Thy memory clings to me.
Tossing no more on life's rough billows,
All life's storms of sorrow fled;
Death has found a quiet pillow
For my loving father's head.
All you that have a father dear,
Love him while you may
He will not always linger here,
Too soon he'll pass away.
0, hard it is to part on earth
With one we love so dear,
But harder still it is to part
Without one farewell tear.
Inserted by his ever sorrowing daughter
and son-in-law, Annie and Alfred
Anderson, Guildford Junction, Tasmania.
BOBERTS.-In sad and loving rememberence
of my dear father, - Thomas
Roberts, who, pased away at Hobart
on October 3, 1905.
Though far away from home am I,
Yet sadly I recall,
My father, dear, two years ago
Was taken from us all.
I sit and ponder all alone,
Why were you called away?
But you I never will forget
Whilst on this earth I stay.
Friends say I have forgotten him
At times when they see me smile;
But they little know the aching heart
The smile hides all the while.
Inserted by his over loving son Earn,
Guildford Junction, Tasmania.
