The Iountain Tragedy.
Now that the excitement attendant on the dis
covery of the murders on the Blue Mouutaiutn huas
subsided, the detectives are actively engaged mak
ing inquiries about the man Loash, who left Sydney
in a tilted oarlt with Butler on the 11th Boptembor.
It is believed that at the time Leash had £400 in his
posseesion.--Parkes Wednesday.--Harwood's move
ments in this district point to the probability of
another crime. Harwood has been traced to Bum.

thorough inquiry being made.
