was read. from the Attorney-General's office,
approving of the appointment of Mr. C. F.

Pass. Opposition— that there is not stabling
on the premises sufficient to accommodate six
horses; that -the house has not sufficient ac
comodatioa, and is generally dilapidated. Mr.
Mildred read a letter from the applicant, to the
effect that he had recently come into possession
of the house, and that repairs would be effected.
He also read a memorial from inhabitants
in the district speaking in faver of the house,
stating that it was necessary. Kef used, -with
