PREPARING
ESKLEIGH HOME
The Eskleigh board of directors met
in Launceston onl Tuesday night. Aid.
D. T. Oldhamn was in the chair. In
terest and enthusiasm were evident in
reports from different parts of the state
showing an increase in contributions to
the Eskleigh fund.
The Transport Commissioner (Mr.
Wilson) was present, and reported that
his department through social functions
was able to contribute £1000, This
amount was raised in the Hiobart
centre. Members of the Transport De

in the interests of Eskleigh and had a
