NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under
and by virtue of certain process, issued out
of the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria
and directed to the Sheriff of the Midland Baili
wick. requiring him to levy certain moneys of the
real and personal estate of W. Farrall and Worthy
Goddard, the said sheriff will on Thursday, the 9th
day of January, 1890, at the hour of two o'clock
in the afternoon, cause to be sold at Dick's Com
mercial Hotel, Elmore, unless the said process
shall have been previously satisfied, or the said
sheriff be otherwise stayed,
All the right, title, and interest, if any, of
the said Worthy Goddard, of Elmore, in
the Colony of Victoria, farmer, of, in, and
to the real and personal estate of Arthur
Goddard, late of Carag Cftrag, in the county
of Rodney, in the Colony of Victoria,
farmer, deceased, and belonging to or vested
in .the said Worthy Goddard, under the
will of the said Arthur Goddard.
