ATIONS OF NOBEL'S DYNAMITE GIANT
POWDER.
MR. COSMO NBWBEKRY roporta on the
above, and says of Lithofractcur (Clack
paste) ami Kreb's Dynamite (Rod paste):—
"The wrapper* being saturated and holding free
nitro-glyccrine in the folds, thero can be little
doubt that they are quite as dangerous as free
nitro-glycerine, the wrapper* explode violently."
Miners setting no value on their lives arc requested
to us© them, and after this warning to blame no
body but themselves for any accident. Miners*
must hold mining companies responsible for
placing these dangerous articles hi their hands.
Noto tlm following terrible disasters with nitro
glycerine:—Two West India Mail boats blown up
aud wharf destroyed at Panama, with groat loss of
life. "Wells' Cargo's Express destroyed, and ten
persona killed. Great loss of Life in Town M>or,
Newcastlc-on-Tyno, and the Into accident in the
Iiellovue Railway Kenerve Claim, in which Win.
O'Connell and Titos. Durham, maimed for life, and
