MAN SLUMPED
OVER WHEEL
A New Australian, who was
found slumped over the wheel
of his car near the edge of a
steep embankment outside the
Claremont Mental Home, was
unable to get out of the ear

Constable Dunne said this in
Perth Police Court today when
Alexander Prants, of Lake-st,
Perth, was charged with
drunken driving.
He was fined £30, with
£2/10/6 costs and his driver's
licence was suspended for
three months.
Prants admitted the charge,'
but said he did not remember
striking a car in Alfred-rd.,
Claremont. He gave his evid
