Land Suit Hearing Continued
The hearing begun on April 19 of a
suit, in which the plaintiffs claimed
£506 damages in respect of a contract
for the exchange of farming land at
Marmon Jabuk for land near Pullarton
was continued by Acting Judge Haslam
In the equitable jurisdiction of tnp
Adelaide Local Court yesterday.
The plaintiffs were Leslie Oscar
Isaac Horton, ' of Anama, station, via
Brin'iworth, and Fred Phillips, of Nun
kerie, via Karoonda, farmers, and the
defendants Albert Edwin Lutze,
farmer, of Kenton Valley, and James
Richmond Russell, carrying on a land
agent's business as Jacob -& Russell, of
Pirie street, city.
Mr. L. B. Mathews appeared for the
plaintiffs, Mr. J. R. Kearnan, with Mr.
R. Homburg, for Lutze, and Mr. H. A.
Shierlaw for Russell.
The hearing was adjourned until
today.
