BIRTHS.
On the 7th May, Mrs John Dunning, of a son.
At Hobart Town, on Wednesday, 8th May, Mrs F. W.
Norman, of a daughter.
On the 7th May. at Churchill, Richmond, the wife of
Winston C. Simmons, Esq., of a son.
On the 3rd May, at the Sir William Wallace, Frank-
lin Village, Mrs J. Brown, of a son.
On Thursday last, 9th May, at her residence, Cameron-
street, Launceston, the wife of F. A. Spotswood, of a son.
At Hobart Town on the 7th May, the wife of T. Ste
phens, Esq. of a daughter
MARRIAGES.
On May 1st, at Scottsdale, by the Rev. Thos. B. Harris,
minister of the Union Church, Mr James Bulman, of
Branxholm, Ringarooma, to Margaret, second
daughter of Mr Henry Stuart, of Patersonia.
DEATHS.
On the 7th May, at her late residence, Goulbourn-street
Hobart Town, Margaret, the beloved wlfe of Mr
James Rogers.
On the 27th April, at Frontier House, Mount Gambier,
South Australia, in his 55th year, Edward John
Leake, fourth son of the late John Leake of Rose-
dale.
On the 30th January, at the Royal Hotel, Mackay,
Queensland, Mary Ann, wife of John Lockett, aged,
26 years.
On Sunday, May 6th, 1867, at No. 12, Elizabeth street,
Hobart Town, Esther Maria, the. beloved wife of
Major L. Hood, aged 27.
On Friday, 10th May, at his residence Cimitiere-street,
Launceston, John Windeatt, Esq., aged 76 years.
The funeral will leave Trinity Church, on Monday
next, 13th May, at 3 o'clock.

the morning of the 6th May, John Gowland, builder
and contractor, in the 42nd year of his age.
On Monday, 6th May, at his residence, Sandy Bay
Point, Hobart Town, after a long and painful illness,
Mrs Meade, in the 50th year of her age.
On the 6th May, 1867, at her resldence, corner of Molle
and Murray-streets, Hobart Town, Tasmania, God-
son W. C. Webb, eldest son of Mr John Webb, of
Murray-street, aged 31 years.
At his residence, Murray-street, Hobart Town, on the
9th of May, 1867, after a long and painful illness,
Henry Paremore Fleming, in the 45th year of his
age.
On the 9th of May, at his late residence, Macquarie-
street, Mr. H.J. Jacobs, of Sydney. Sydney papers

At Rosebank, Battery Point, Hobart Town, on the 9th
of May, Margaret Laurie, aged 43, wife of Mr. John
