First Heat-All except tha United Irishman got tiff well,
and with Minna slightly in advance to the torn, where tte
Irunning was taken np by Quicksilver, closely waited aa Çtf
Reindeer, with Fidgett well up. And in this way the rase
. fiu.slied ; Quicksilver winning cleverly by a couple of lengths.

Second Heat-Quicksilver. Reindeer, and Fidgett nate

Albert then passed Quicksilver, ran np to Reindeer in tim

Third Heat -Minna, Reindeer, and Quickslver kept the
