DRUNKENESS AND INDECENT LAN-
GUAGE.— James Kelly was charged with
drunkenness, and with using indecent lan-
guage within hearing of persons passing in
Wiliam-street.— Prisoner was in a miser
able condition caused by excessive drink
ing. He was bordering on an attack of
delerium tremens and was remanded for
seven days.
One drunkard was discharged.
