OPEAKING at the Balhannah -Show
^ today, the Postmaster-General -Mr.
Cameron) emphasised the benefits to
be derived from the formation of an

quality and standard of the fruit. He
ilso stressed the need for the export
)f only the best types, which, he said,
was the only way to extend markets
3verseas.
After the inspection of the entry for
export apples, Mr. Cameron expressed
pleasure at the standard of the fruit
iisplayed. He intimated that he would
donate a trophy next year for the pro
duce section of the show.
The show was opened by Mr. Shan

sented by the local Agricultural Bureau) was
won by Miss R. Pitt.
