Europe,'' by Herr Victor MuMon, whose
memorandum attracted so much attention
in connection with Lichnowsky, in pub

The book is a reprint of the personal diary'
kept by Herr Muhion during the first few
months of the war, when he was, still
a director of Krupps. The book contains
many remarkable revelations. An entry

estimate of the role played by Prussia in
Europe. On August 30 Million wrote: It
is only to-day that I have at last learned
to know my compatriots." A few days
