18 -HOLE GOLF
COURSE AT
NATIONAL PARK
The Lord Mayor (Mr. Barrett),
opened an 18-hole golf course at Na
tional Park this afternoon. Two four
somes were invited up for the opening,
one from the Royal Adelaide Club, and
the other from Kooyonga, captained by
Lindsay Toms and Sir Wallace Sand
ford respectively.
They were the guests of the commis
sioners at luncheon, and later met them
again on completion of their round.
They all expressed satisfaction with the
course, and declared it would be a great
asset to the park. The commissioners
followed the play for eight holes, and
then held an official inspection.

net for 13 holes.
