THE BANK OF ADELAIDE'S
FORTY NINTH ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS
TO THE SHAREHOLDERS.
. The Directors have pleasure in submitting herewith, for the information of Share
holders, the Balance Sheet of the Bank as on 29th March, 1915, also Statements of
Profit and Loss Account and the Reserve Fund on that date.
The balance to credit of Profit, and Loss is.- £53,190 11 5
which it is proposed to appropriate as follows:
No Dividend at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum ~. £20,000 0 0
leaving a balance of 5 .. .- -a - _. ~ .- .- .. -. .. £33.190 11 5
to be carried forward.
van Interim Dividend at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum was paid in November
int.
Since the last Report Agencies have been opened at Booborowie and Mypolonga.
and the Agencies at Bowhill. Callington, Eastern Wells Monarto South, Purnong, and
Wilkawatt have been closed.
The General Annual Meeting will be held in the Board Room, at the Head Office
of the Bank, King William-street, Adelaide, on Wednesday. 5th May, 1915, at 12
noon, at which the Shareholders will be called upon to elect two Directors in
place of James Harvey, Esquire, and George Brookman. Esquire, who retire by
rotation, and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
The Shareholders will also have to elect Two Auditors for the ensuing year,
and to fix the remuneration of the retiring Auditors. ,
