Goodwood Parents
Victims Of Hoax
When a representative of an
Unley undertaker called at the
home of a Goodwood couple on
Wednesday morning to make
arrangements for the burial of
their 2 and a half year-old child, he found
that they had been the
victims of a hoax.
Alfred James & Son, funeral
directors, had been informed by
telephone the previous evening
that a child of Mr. and Mrs.
L. W. Duffus of Victoria street.
Goodwood, had died in the Adelaide
Children's Hospital.
Detectives and Goodwood
police are making enquiries.
