Treasury Benefits.

munitions industries. Treasury
figures issued to-day show, that the
postal revenue is soaring and is
well above the estimates.
For the first nine months pf this year
the postal revenue was £13,954,000,
which is an increase of £745,000 on the
revenue for the same period of last
year and is £375,000 more than the
Budget estimate.
For the nine months ended March 31
Customs revenue was £40,215,000, being
an increase of £495,000 compared with
the same period of last year, and
£1,114,000 more than the Budget esti-
mate.
