POTATOES.
TENDERS -willi be received at this office
until Tuesday the 27th inst, for the quan-
tity of potatoes wanted at Port Arthur, for the
quarter ending the 31st March 1835. The same
to be delivered at the Commissariat stores, Ho-
bart1 town, as required, and subject to the appro-
val of a board of survey. They munt bb of the
best quality, picked and free from rubbish.?

plication at this office.

two sureties, as security for the due observance
of the rules and regulations above referred to.

to the scite of the new Custom-house, in thc
rear of the Market-place. "
The tender to specify'the price per thousand,
and the shortest possible time in which tba whole
may be removed. The carts will be loaded at

NOTICE is hereby given, thal a Session of
Oyer and Terminer and general Gaol de-
livery of the Supreme Court of Van Diemen'a
land, will be holden at the Court-house, Hobart
town, on Tuesday tho 27th day of Jan. instant,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to deliver bia Ma-
jesty's gaol at Hobart -town of such prisoners as
shall then be therein.
