Kooringa.March 19.
? -n Minimy last spcciui services unit collections
were held at the Wcslcyan Chapel, Westhury, near
Kooringa. riiu sermons were preached in the
morning and eveninu hv the Kev. N. ltetmoit of
.-imturo, and in the afternoon by Mr. W. H
Wilkinson, sen. There was a pretty good atti-n*
?lance on each occasion. On the followim.- day
there was a tea meeting in the wune place ; also
subsequently, 11 public meeting, liotli iti whicli
were very fully attended, for the evening was w»
beautifully (me that large numbers from this town
ship were induced to go thither merely for thesaU
of a pleasant jaunt. Mr. K.U. Wilkinson occupied
the chair, and the meeting wits addressed by several
of the principal friends of the cause.
I am sorry to say thut a disruption has occurred
between the Primitive Methodists and their
minister, the liev. J. Standrin, and 1 am informed
that he is alwut to leave them very soon.
It ationls me much pleasure to state that Dr
Miiyne is now so far recovered as to l«ar removal
to Clare, where he sojourns for awhile.
This year wo liave hail an unusual amount oX
