BRUCE.— On the 17th September, at 48,
Norland-square, Notting Hill, London, the wife
of John Bruce, of a daughter.
BROWN.— On the 9th November, at Moonta,
the wife of G. W. Brown, of a son.
MARRIAGES.
HOOPER— LILLECRAPP.— On the 9th No-
vember, at the residence of the bride's father,
Hetherhill, Gumeracha, John Hooper, of Burn-
side, second son of the late Henry Hooper, Esq.,
of Mount Barker, to Elizabeth Lillecrapp, second
daughter of Wm. Lillecrapp, Esq., of Gume-
racha.
SLOAN—SHARP.—On the 9th November, at
the residence of the bride's uncle ( J. Mitchell,
Esq., Gawler South), by special licence, by the
Rev. S. Fairey, William John Eccles Sloan, of
Port Adelaide, to Isabella Corbet Sharp, eldest
daughter of Mr. Thomas Sharp, Gawler South.
DEATHS.
HARVEY.— On the 11th November, at the
Walkers Arms, Walkerville, Mr. Peter Harvey,
aged 53 years. An old colonist
WOOD.— On the 7th October, at her father's
residence, near Mount Torrens, Edith Amelia,
aged five years, second daughter of Robert and
Amelia Wood.
DUNN.— On the 16th September, at Mr.
Melrose's, near Mount Pleasant, of phthisis,
Philip Dunn, aged 48 years, leaving a widow and
nine children.
KIRKPATRICK.— On the 11th November, at
Adelaide, Mary Ann Kirkpatrick, aged 74
years.
