AVIATION.
ANGLO-AUSTRALIAN SERVICE.
Early Decision Unlikely.
LONDON. Dec. 1.— Nothing further will
be done concerning the proposal of the
Royal Dutch Air Line to extend its Am
aio'rriRtn-SiirahnVn sprvice to Darwin until
the Prime^Iinister of Australia (Mr. Scul
lin) submits the data to his Cabinet for
consideration.
Mr. Scullin will also take back with him
details of the plan submitted by Imperial
Airways. Ltd., for. a mail service to Aus
tralia, which he will discuss further before
leaving London. In view of the urgent
need for economy in Australia and the
expense of linking Darwin with the rest
of Australia, it is felt that no .decision is
likely for a considerable time.
