VESTRY MEETINGS.
ST. SAVIOUR'S, GLEN OSMOND, Thursday,
20th instant—Rev. W.H. Mudle. Incumbent,
in the chair. The Wardens' accounts were sub- <*>
mitted, by which it was shown that the year's
receipts from offertory and stipend fund, fully
met the ordinary expenditure of the church,
but that in consequence of fencing, fee., a debit
balance was due to the Wardens; which It waa
proposed te liquidate by apodal subscriptions,
The weekly offertory amounted te £92. Mr,
Goo. Boothby waa re-appointed Minister's War
den, and Mr. J. H. Wiles People's Warden.
Synodamen, Messrs. Wiles and Goldaack;
Auditors, Messrs. O. Meyer, Thos. GDI;
BUeamen,|Mesara. L. W. Pcuud, J. Langley,
G. Goldaack, ani J. Brooks. Votes of thanks
were accorded to the retiring offioera, and
several matters of interest were discussed and
arranged. It waa remarked that this is now the
14th year that this church has been maintained
by purely voluntary offerings, all the seats being
free and unappropriated.

The Warden*' accounts were submitted, by

year, had more than met the expenditure, and

building account with the sum of £30. It waa
•reported that a shed had been built at an ex.
pense of £30. Mr. R. G. Thomas was appointed
Mtauteris Warden, and Mr. Richardson People's
Warden. Sidesmen—Messrs. Ayliffe, Taylor,
and G. Martin; Synodsman, Mr. T. N. Taylor;
Auditors, Messrs. E. Martin and Ayliffe. Mr.
B. Martin, Superintendent of Sunday-school,
submitted a very interesting report, by which it
waa shown that there are 13 teaohers and 125
children on the roll, and that £21 had been
-expended on books, fee. Totes of thanks were
passed to the retiring officers, and several
matters of interest were satisfactorily arranged.
Ait, SAIHTB', HIHDHaBSH, April 19.—The
Inoumbent, the Rev. H. M. Pellitt, presided,
ami there was a large number of aeatholdera
present. The accounts, audited, were passed
and ordered to be printed. There waa a general
expression of gratification at the satisfactory
condition of the finances. Messrs. Taylor and
Trapman were re-elected as Wardens, and Mr.
Taylor waa appointed aa Synodsman. Resolved
to open an account in the name of the Church
with the local Bamk. It waa intimated that an
energetic effort would be made to ndae funds
for building a schoolroom In oommeatioa with
tile Church. The consideration of the filling
up of the number of Trustees and the accep
tance of the model treat deed was adjourned
for a apodal meeting. Votea of thanka were
heartily given to those who had displayed
especial zeal and liberality.
