The above is based upon the supposition that ire order is
by a cosh transaction throughout and due here on arrival in
prat; and that each party is properly bound—Uie merchant
to Import and deliver, and tbe person ordering to take the
goods on arrival Should the goods not arrive within twelve
months from date of indent, the person ordering should ha
tbe option of refusing to reoeive unless the menfliantcaa
show thatthed-lay has not arisen throng-, any fault or his
own or his agents. In tbe absence of toy specific instruc
tions ft is the duty ot the merchant to protect tbe goods by
insurance against aea risks to tbe fullest _e__*nt pos
