Tory libel, with intent to provoke a bnuh of
the pause; and ft second information for sureties
of the peace towards Herbert atid Duncan Bode,
sons of the informant. Mr. Bonnar, on behalf
of the defendant, applied for time in each case,
on the ground the summonses had been only
■erred on the Holiday previous. Mr. Lowe, for
the informant, desired that the defendant*
shooM have every opportunity for deftince.

rescue of cattle intended to be impounded.
Defendant not appearing, and service of
summons not being proved, a fresh one to
