WEDDINGS
Taylor—Dent
A gown of white satin, embossed
crepe, cut on classical lines,
was chosen by Marjorie Israel,
youngest daughter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. C. Dent, of Bombala,
for her marriage with Frederick
John, elder son of the late Mr.
W. Taylor and Mrs. W. Green,
of Canberra.
The wedding was solemnised by
the Rev. R Stanley, and the
bride entered the church on the
arm of her brother, Mr. W. Dent.
Her long tulle veil was held in
place with a coronet of orange
blossoms, and she carried a bouquet
of frangipanni and fern.
Miss Nancy Hellemann, of
Cooma, a niece of the bride, was
the bridesmaid, and she wore a
gown of pale, green crepe and
carried a bouquet of autumn
tinted roses, lilies and frangipanni.

Mr. Roy Whelan was best man.
During the signing of the register,
Mrs. L. Temby sang "I'll
Walk Beside You."
The reception was held at the
Masonic Hall, where the guests
were received by Mrs. J. Myers,
sister of the bride, assisted by
Mrs. W. Green. at The
honeymoon will be spent in
Sydney.
