years on Saturday off Giblin's Re-

The secretary (Mr. C. S. Clarke)
said last night that the regatta

sociation.
He said that as the association
had not operated for 20 years, offi-
cials of the competing clubs had
taken over the running of the re-
gatta. .
The president (Mr. P. H. Hines)
said the association hoped to show
residents that it was possible to re-
vive the fixture.
