mits from the Cygnet Club, persons
residing in the Cradoc district not
registered with Cygnet, The de-
cision was reached after Franklin
delegates threatened to leave the
room when several proposals sub-
mitted by them were rejected.
Mr. H. G. Hay (Franklin) moved:
That the motion on the books relating
' to boundaries be rescinded. ^
! He said Franklin desired to play in
senior competitions, but waB unable to
field a side..

to build up a Junior team. At Cradoc
IC young players were willing to play
with Franklin. Cygnet and Huonville
did not require them. Kermandie had
shown a good spirit, but Cygnet and

but not territory.
Mr. Tilley: If you give us territory
you can keep the players you want.

Cygnet would grant a permit to any
non-registered player.

Mr. Tilley suggested that the Frank-
lin boundary extend from the top of
Balte's Hill pvd Bullock Point to Iron-
stone Creek, with open boundary.
The chairman: That way, Cygnet will
be competing against you.
