ORANGE. RIFLE CLUB.
QUARTERLY MEETING.
About a dozen members of the
above assembled at the Royal
Hotel last night for tbe quarterly
general meeting ; Captain Johnson
in the chair. ,
The secretary, Mr W. Nancarrow,
reported that no shoot had been
arranged wi|h either. Forbes,
Parkes, Bathuret or Dubbo Club
for Easter Monday, aB Batburst had
arranged to meet Forbes on that
day, Dubbo -had to go through
mlisketry, and Parkes had not replied
to his letter.
It was therefore decided to hold
a local shoot on Faster Monday,
commencing at 1 p,m, and £3 was
voted for prue money, the first
prize to be £1*1b~ 6d,~ and tbe balance
to be divided into nine otber
pHzes, the Jjowest. scorer to be
awarded a leather medal, to be formilly
preseqgdd by the captain,
