ACT
By Our Political Correspondent

for the launching of a direct censure
motion, but it was felt that the chal

deliberately flouted the will of Parlia
ment. The expenditure of the whole of
the money raised by taxation on the dole
is regarded seriously, particularly since
Parliament specifically directed that
municipalities should oe empowered to
demand work for sustenance.
