LONDON, Sunday.— -Field Marshal von Kluge, the German-

war correspondent:

"We are more -and more adapting ourselves to the methods of
the invasion armios. We shall give them a licking which will live. in their

Von Kluge expressed the hope that the Battle of Western Europe
would be fought en "chivalrous lines."
A military observer at Supreme Allied Headquarters said
