According to the endonce Mrs Kerr '

Adelaide, when a motor-rar, dm cn bi i
Chirles Lee, collided with the vehicle
causing Mis Kerr to be thrown out
The Coroner, in committing Lee for
trial on the charge of manslaughter said
in the present case there was not a con
gestion of traffic on the road at the time,
and that the motor-car driver, without
g.ving warning, attempted to pass the
two i chicles in front of him one of which
«as passing the othoi at the same time
and that tho motor rar inllided with the
drai, and caused the death of the de
ceased.
