and needles, jewellery, sih er pencil cases, wine glasses,
tumblers and decanters, two elegant gold epaulets, a
capital double-barrelled fowling-piece, a single-bar-
relled do bath shoves, nails of sorts, nail rod iron,
bar and bolt iroti; excellent white wine vinegar in
bóteles, and a great variety of other articles.-Prompt

door locks with brass furniture, padlocks, brass nails,
bolts, penknives, scissars, thimbles, tag laces, rib-
bands, lace, carpeting, writing paper, carpenters'
tools, ladies and gentlemen's boots and shoes, slop
clothing, flannel, snuffers, tumblers, scales & weights,
essence of spruce, paints of various colours, paint oil,
and brushes, calico, tea, sugar, tobacco, curry combs,
gimblets, lines, spades and shovels, hammers, hatches
of all sizes, plaisterers' trowels, desert knives and forks,
curtain pins, blacking, powder and shot, with various
other articles too numerous to mention.
N.B.—Hair powder, shoe brushes, broom heads,
scrubbing brushes, blacking cakes, heel balls, sand
paper, emery do. tinmens' sodar, sweet oil in pints
steelyards, coffee and pepper mills, &c.

CAPT. WILLIAM COLLINS leaving the Colony per
Ship Frederick, requests Claims to be timely pre-
sented.
DR. M'DONALD, Surgeon Superintendant of the
Ship Larkens, requests those who may have
Claims against him to present them with as little de-
lay as possible, as he shortly leaves the Colony.
In Consequence of the early Departure of His Ma-
jesty's Cutter MERMAID, Mr. ALLAN CUNNINGHAM,
BOTANIST, leaving the Colony in that Vessel, requests
all Claims or Demands against him to be immediately
presented for Adjustment.
Mr. T. FLORANCE, lately arrived in the Ship Duke
of Wellington, intending to proceed to the Der-
went by an early opportunity, requests all Claims to
be presented.
WILLAM CHIPPENDALL leaving the Colony in
the Frederick, requests Claims against him may
be presented ; and those indebted to settle the same
JAMES SHANNON leaving the Colony by an early op-
portunity, requests all Claims and Demands to be
presented ; those indebted to settle the same
ANN COOPER being about to depart the Colony,
all Claims against her are to be presented im-
mediately at 75, Pitt-street; and those indebted to
settle their Accounts without delay.
Mr WILLIAM ENGLISH and Family, and Sarah
McLeod, quitting the Colony by the Ship Fre-
derick, request Claims to be presented for payment ;
and those indebted to them to settle the same.
NOTICE.—Whereas various Depredations have
been committed on DRIVER FARM, at the South
Creek, near the Devil's Back, by cutting down the
most useful Timber ; as also by Horned Cattle and
other Stock trespassing thereon without a Herdsman,
to the great Injury of the Undersigned :—This is
therefore to Caution all Persons against Trespassing
upon the above Farm in future, as I have authorised
Mr. John Brickfield to impound all Stock so found.

CAPT. WILLIAMS begs leave respectfully to acquaint
his numerous Friends, and the Public in general,
that the INDIA CARGO, imported on the SHIP FRE-
DERICK, is now open for Inspection and Sale at the
House of Mr. James Chisholm, George-street.
MR. LEVEY respectfully informs the Public and
his Friends, that he has removed from Pitt-
street to his House No 72, George-street, the late
Residence of Mr. Chartres, and solicits a Continuance
of those Favors he has hitherto received.
N. B.—The following Articles on Sale at the lowest
Prices; teas of every description, Brazil tobacco, su-
gar, English and India prints, and an assortment of
Europe and India goods.
CHARLES ARMYTAGE, of Pitt-street, Sydney, gives
Notice to those Persons who stand indebted to
him last year, as well as those due this, that unless
they come forward and liquidate their Accounts, he
will pursue coersive measures to enforce payment in
the ensuing Civil Court, paying no respect to persons
whatever.
NOW on SALE, at MARK'S Warehouse, Castle-
reagh-street, fine old Cognac brandy at 20s. per
gallon, old Jamaica rum 15s. do. Bengal rum 12s. do.
port wine 10s. do. fine hyson tea, black do. sugar by
the bag 6d. per lb. Bengal soap, large frying pans,
stock-yard shovels, strong spades, iron pots of sizes,
spices and plums, fine ell-wide prints 4s. 6d. per yard,
