FUNERAL NOTICES
FRANKLIN. —The Friends of the late Mr JOHN
FRANKLIN, contractor, are respectfully invited
to follow his remains to the place of interment, the
Ballarat Old Cermetery. The funeral cortege is ap-
pointed to leave his late residence, 40 King street, off
Victoria street, this day (Thursday) at 4 p.m.
JORDAN and TIPPETT, Undertakers, Armstrong
street south (near City Hall), 23 Eyre street, and 14
Grant street.
ENGLAND. —The Friends of the late GEORGE
THOMAS ENGLAND are respectfully invited to
follow his remains to their last resting-place, the
Ballarat Old Cemetery. The funeral will leave his
late residence, off Lal Lal street, at the rear of Bur-
den’s store, Main road, Ballarat East, This Day
(Thursday), at 3 p.m.
STEPHEN WELLINGTON, Undertaker and Cer-
tificated Embalmer, 144 Sturt street, near Dawson
street, and opposite Adelphi Hotel.
COURT UNITY, No. 3200, A.O.F.—Members of the
Court and of the Order are requested to MEET

the remains of his late dearly beloved Wife to their
