and to train thousands of young

In the magazine "Flight" the
Administrator of : Civil Aero
nautics,1 Mr. T, P. Wrighti says
Congress will be asked for a bud
get that will promote the de
velopment of utility planes oy
means of special awards and
specific research - contracts with
manufacturers.
Another appropriation re
quested is 3,500,000 dollars to es
tablish a civil pilot training pro
gramme in co-operation with
colleges , and universities. It will
include- women as well as men
