South .Australia.—Clear or few clouds in far
north and part of upper north; elsewhere cloudy
to dull, and showery at many plaoes. Squally
south-west io south winds. Lisht rain recorded
eouth of Port Aupusta and east from Port Lincoln;
maximum Port Pirie, 0.46. Hail at few
stations in south and south-east. Northern Territory-—No
rain recorded. Western Australia.—
Cloudy to dull in the Kimberley, and at a few
places in the north-west and south ooast; otherwise
clear or few clouds. Variable _ winds, but
chiefly south-east to north-east. Light rain recorded
at one or two places on south coast. Kimberley
reports incomplete. Queensland.—Scattered
clouds at places on coast and 6outhem border.

squally on coast, with moderate to high seas.
Licht to moderate rain recorded south of the
ranges, and moderate at scattered places in the
noTth-east. Tasmania.—Cloudy to showery in the
west and north-west; otherwise fine, and clear
r scattered clouds. Calms and north-west to
west winds chiefly. Light to moderate and geneal
rain recorded.
