Shlvandcr took up the running early (rom ir-
leclcs, Merry Bob and Stumblcr, with 1i«com
last. Teleckis led into -the ptratgbt and past
the stand from Shlvandcr, Merry Bob, Stumblw
mid Sondulc, , while Fbcom, who had made up
his lobi ground rapidly, was next. At the ox
furlongs Shivander headed Teleclcs; Uicn «»ming
Mrrry Bob and Fiscora. At the second last hurdle
Tcdcclca again took the lead from Shivander, and,
showing the way into toe straight, felonies
at his leisure by two lengths and a half, while
Merry Bob was third, half a length off. Then
came Kisoom, four lengths off, followed by Brit-
isb Arch, Front Rank. Sindule. SturoblCTand BUI

Adolph soon took up the the running from Tar-
jmoola, Wallwong and Bembee, and they paired
the stand in that order, Oobcam being last.-, into
tbe straight tlie first time Adolph and Lumnt were
s leading from Wallwong, Gazoinp, Tarmoola and
llernbce. At the six furlongs Adolph was out
three1 lengths from Gazomp and Wallwong, but
there was little, between the trio coming- to the
second last fences. Hero Gazomp hit hard -and
ennnoned on to Wallwong, who was brought down.
Adolph came away at this trtage and won caoily
by threo lengths and ft half from Gazomp, with
Tannoola third a length and a lalf away. Half
a length further off came Lumut, followed Vjr Jack
liu, Iiernbee, Cobram and GolcJiunstcr, the last
